Are investigation into factors responsible for down-turn in male students enrollment in secretarial studies department gears to prefer male secretaries after graduation than female secretaries grandaunts.
Finally, it was recommended that the male students should realize that they have a very bright future for the profession. They should be made to understand that the profession is open to both sex through motivation.
From the analysis of findings on the project topic – An Investigation into Factors Responsible for Decline in Male Students Enrollment in Secretarial studies Department. A study of Federal Polytechnic Oko and the Institute of Management and Technology Enugu, it is seen that though there are factors that causes students decline in enrolling into the secretarial programmer, it should not be a deterrent because one needs to be proud of one’s profession and not allow other people’s opinion influence them.
