The study systematically revealed the process of the constraints and impact of credit cooperative in organization. A case study of Federal Polytechnic Thrift and Loan Society Ltd Nekede Owerri. It highlights the process of credit administration in cooperative which include loan administration and assessment loan contract  supervision of credit recovery. Questionnaires were administered to the society under study. The society also was randomly selected. Out of the 20 questionnaires administered to the selected cooperative on the returned questionnaire. The study should that cooperative can raise and fund for their activity both by internal and external source. The external source includes share capital includes the cooperative apex  agricultural credit guarantee scheme fund among others.The problem militating against the cooperative credit administrations were discussed such as defiant economic situation prevailing in the country high inflation rate and personnel unsound lending practice. Etc consequently workable recommendation were made of which if adopted will go a long way to ameliorations of the impediment encountered by cooperative in credit administration. Hence consolidating the benefit of effective credit administration among cooperative society in the area.
